New Aarhus hotel built with high sustainability goal
The hotel will have 100 rooms, a smaller meeting facility as well as a sustainable construction certification.
Close to Skejby University Hospital in Aarhus, NCC is building a 3,200 m2 hotel. The hotel is expected to open in May 2019 and offer guests 100 rooms as well as a small meeting room lounge, a reception as well as a fitness room. All hotel guests will be able to use the meeting room free of charge.
The project is striving to achieve the highest sustainability certification by DGNB. This means that the property would meet high demands for environmental, economic and social sustainability with low energy consumption and a good indoor climate.
