A new report by MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) maps out the Danish consumption of fish and the Danish attitudes towards environmental challenges and sustainable fisheries.
The study from MSC confirms that the Danes love fish and that price, taste and sustainability are among the most important factors when choosing what to eat. The report also showed that consumers are most worried about the issues of plastic waste and overfishing. Two out of three Danes, participating in the survey conducted by MSC, thinks that people should only be consuming fish that is sustainable.
