WTC Ballerup Conference Center offers flexible conference facilities in vibrant and inspiring surroundings. Our conference center is part of an international business center where more than 100 companies run their business. So, you don't just come to a boring meeting room - we are a vibrant house.
Our flexible meeting facilities are located at the ground floor close to reception and wardrobe. Our 11 meeting rooms all have daylight and access to green areas or a terrace, as well as being equipped with all AV equipment. In addition, we offer a large lounge area which can be used for exhibitions, sales fairs, etc. So, whether you need a smaller room for a board meeting or a larger room for a conference, we can handle it.
Our reception welcomes your guests with a smile and the kitchen works hard and dedicated to make the catering during your meeting special. All dishes are prepared from scratch with the best seasonal ingredients. We offer a wide range of meeting packages that include the meeting room, catering and all the services associated with the meeting or conference. If you need an individual solution, we are of course ready to help. And if you prefer a more active form of meeting, we have Walk & Talk routes in our nearby surroundings.
