Skagen Strand Holiday Center is a lovely green oasis located in the middle of the beautiful North Jutland nature with the sea and Hulsig Hede as the nearest neighbors. Here you will find tranquility, beautiful beaches, hiking trails, bike routes, sights, art, culture and of course Skagen’s very special charm.
With a total of 142 holiday homes, Skagen Strand is one of the largest holiday centers in North Jutland. The bright and airy holiday homes can accommodate up to 7 people. They are all fully equipped and have a private south-facing terrace. The holiday homes are secluded with cozy path systems and large green areas around. The holiday center offers facilities for everyone, including a small indoor pool area with sauna and steam bath, gym, mini golf, tennis courts, beach volleyball, playgrounds, activities for the little ones, etc.
Skagen Strand also has conference rooms and a large sports hall that can be used for bigger events.
The holiday homes have a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook yourself if you wish. In the Mini Shop you can order a ready-made breakfast menu or freshly baked rolls and bread every day. Breakfast is enjoyed in your own holiday home. You can have dinner in Restaurant Skagen Strand, where you can sit outside on the large outdoor terrace during the season. It is also possible to order Take Away.
The holiday center is open all year round and you choose the day of arrival and the length of your stay.
The area
The area is ideal for cycling and hiking with beautiful trails right outside the door. The terrain is flat without big climbs and the distances are reasonably short no matter what sights you want to visit.
The area offers many well-known attractions such as Raabjerg Mile, the Sand-covered Church, the Eagleworld, Farm Fun, Grenen and Skagen Museum. From Skagen Strand, it takes 12 minutes by train to Skagen. The station is right outside the Holiday Centers front door.
In the area there are many beautiful beaches. One of the most beautiful you will find approx. 800 meters from the holiday center. Via paths you can walk to the child-friendly Hulsig Beach, where you can easily find a place for yourself if you wish.
